CHANGE OF MIND & STORE CREDIT

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

• Free from damage, stains, perfume or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns.

Approved store credit is issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

RAIHN. store credit does not expire and can be used towards future collections.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Due to the limited nature of our releases, replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Where an exchange is unavailable, eligible change-of-mind returns may be issued store credit.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact our team with your order number and details of the issue.

Where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, RAIHN. will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law, including reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our change-of-mind policy.
